PAstor Scott is first and foremost a man who loves god and is a follower of jesus,whose leadership is confident and gentle. his strong beleif in prayer has greatly impacted many in the church. god has uniquely gifted him to encourage the hopeless, to comfort the broken, to love the loathed, and to share reconciliation, redemption, and retstoration through the power of the blood of jesus. his experiences (the good,bad and ugly)are not dissimilar to anyone else's experiences, which makes him more relatable to others and has empathy with the situations they are facing. not only does pastor scott speak of the virtues of following jesus but he strives daily to model the love, hope and peace of jesus to not only the church but to the surrounding communities. he is always endeavoring to help everyone find the truth - that no matter our past, the future is bright and joyful when we walk in the light of jesus.
Pastor scott and his wife jeanette joined St. paris first church of god family in march of 2022. they have two beautiful daughters and 8 awesome grands. scott received his master's degree of christian education at anderson university and has been in ministry since 2011
scott also enjoys golfing,fishing, and hunting.
